How the area works

A real area, not a radius
Ontario is covered by postal areas published by Statistics Canada. They fit together with no gaps and no overlaps, so an area is a fact both sides can check rather than a circle drawn on a map.

Verified, not self-declared
Certification is granted by Crown and never by the contractor. Insurance and project history are checked before the badge is issued.

Your address stays yours
We read the first three characters of a postal code and nothing more. There is no address lookup, and nothing is sent outside Canada.
